Jan (pronounced 'Yan') is born and bred in the Tauranga region and has spent the last 10 years in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumable Goods) in the Waikato and BOP regions.

He’s been involved in Tauranga community activities from sporting events to fund raisers, which has given him a great understanding of the environment and the people in the Tauranga area. “ Tauranga has a lot to offer people from young to old which has meant that Tauranga is one of the fastest growing Cities in NZ”, says Jan.

Jan loves dealing with people from all walks of life from owners of large firms to small, from franchisees who have just arrived in NZ to franchisees who have owned there Crest franchise for many years. “I love to empower these people and show them the benefits of choosing Crest and how Crest can make their working lives hygienic and healthy - be it from a franchisee’s or customer’s point of view”.

Spending the last 4 and a half years with Goodman Fielder and having staff, franchisees and customers from all different backgrounds, Jan realised that he loves the customer service, customer satisfaction, and the joy of helping customers and franchisees achieve their goals.
