Crest has been active in providing quality-cleaning services to Taupo customers since 2003, through a team of locally based franchisees.

Bill and Claire Douglas are the Regional Managers for Taupo, Bill was Crest’s first franchisee in Rotorua – buying a franchise in August 2003. Bill has now directed his attention to the Regional Director role, meeting with clients and recruiting new franchisees.

Crest’s Taupo team is made up of local franchisees; Bill gives frequent support to the Taupo franchisees. “A great benefit of Crest is that we recruit franchisees of good calibre and sensibility, who become responsible for the service they provide to their customers” says Bill. “My role is to ensure that we provide a consistent reliable service, and I keep our team motivated through personal contact and giving positive feedback”
